October 2: Miyajima Island off the coast from Hiroshima

We went to the shrine that is supposedly the most photographed shrine in Japan.





Naomi got attacked by several deer. I think they are holy here so are free to roam.
I went to the toilet and came back to This:

"Brendan! Can you take your ice cream. This deer wants it."



"No, I think it wants my bag now."



"Would you please come and help!?"



"okay let's go. Is it following me?"







"Okay take some bag. Are you happy now?"
It was happy, but for how long...



We went and checked out some of the cool buildings around the Island. Mostly temples but they have a wonderful charm of their own.





Then another attack. I think it was the same deer.



You can see Naomi's hand on the right pointing at it. It was very disappointed.



They just ignored me.



When Naomi walked back down the street every deer along the way raised their heads and looked at her, following her with their eyes. She was marked.
